ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬಂಧುಗಳೇ

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 01.06.2025 ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಂಘ ಜಿಟಿ ವರ್ಡ್ ಮಾಲ್ ಎದುರು, ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಚೋಳೂರ್ಪಾಳ್ಯ, ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು – 560023 ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11:30ಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ. ಸಹಕಾರಿಯ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1 . ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಸೂಚನಾ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಲಾಪಗಳ ವಿವರ.

2. 2024-25 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ವರದಿ.

3. 2024 25ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧಕರಿಂದ ಪರಿಶೀಲಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳ ವರದಿ.

ಅರ್ಹ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಸೂಚನಾಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ತಾವುಗಳು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ, ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.
